Tony Duncan
On November 2 & 3, 2013 the 43rd Annual Festival Of The Arts was held in Downtown Litchfield Park. Tony Duncan was one of the performers at the festival.
Tony Duncan is of the Apache and Arikara/Hidatsa Nations. he is a well known Hoop Dancer who has been doing his skill for over 20 years. He won his first adult title at the 21st Annual Heard Museum Hoop Dance Championship Contest in Phoenix on February 6, 2011. He has performed twice for the former first lady Laura Bush in Washington D.C.
